What drink made with water is the most popular drink on the planet? That would be coffee.  In the United States, nearly 85% of adults drink coffee.

If you are anything like me, you may have heard some negative reports on the evils of coffee. These ideas serve to create the “Fear of Coffee Syndrome” (FCS).  The FCS causes hesitation when we get up in the morning; we want to get moving. We want to feel our best and do our best.
